My name is Sawako. I was born in Japan and came to USA in 2000 to explore my heart’s calling for healing and art. I began by learning about Japanese folk medicines and herbs when I was in college in Japan. In 2005 I finished my basic massage program at the Healing Arts Institute.
I specialize in pelvic core alignment that may involve many different types of massage techniques including deep tissue work, myofascial bodywork, soft tissue release, acupressure, Reiki, Jin-shin jutsu, and more. My intuitive sense allows me to feel differences in a client’s body and the changes in their energy during and between massage sessions so I can provide the techniques necessary for the greatest benefit.
My massage practice gives me the opportunity to provide meaningful service where I create a safe space for you to have a time of deep relaxation and healing.
In this busy society, we forget to take time to breathe and relax. It is my pleasure to be here to offer such a time and space.

Bowenwork is a myofascial, neuromuscular release technique that is beneficial in achieving whole body health. It is a highly effective bodywork therapy, where very gentle moves are performed over muscles and soft tissue, stimulating the nervous system to reset and heal. Frequent pauses between moves allow the body to process the work.
Some conditions Bowenwork helps:
These are a few of the conditions it can help, Bowenwork affects all systems within the body and initiates change at a cellular level.

Jackie Berg,CMT Hello, my name is Jackie and I am a Certified Massage Therapist recognized by the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC), a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP), and I possess over 1100 hours of training represented by an Associates of Occupational Studies (AOS) in Massage Therapy obtained through Bryan College.
I discovered my enthusiasm for massage as a kid by working out knots in my relative’s shoulders at various family functions; soon they were lining up to get worked on. I expanded on my knowledge over the 15 month program at school by learning not only the practical side, but the theory behind it as well and, in the process, turned my enthusiasm into a beloved passion.
In believing that massage should be part of everyone’s lifestyles, I practice a variety of massage modalities including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, Thai, Shiatsu, and Reflexology. Combining any or all of these with Hot Stone and/or Aromatherapy, I am fully up to the task of providing a truly unique session.
